Window: 30 days from delivery. Condition: unworn, unwashed, tags attached.
Exchanges first: if it is a size issue, we prioritize the swap so you are not waiting on a refund cycle to get the right pair.
How it works: send us your order number and the reason via the contact page. We reply within one business day with your return instructions and shipping label.
Refunds go to the original payment method after the item arrives and passes inspection.
