Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no codes.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

Delivery time

United States: 8 to 14 business days after dispatch. Other destinations may take longer. Delivery windows are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible through thebaggyjeans.com/pages/contact. We can edit a delivery address at any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

Delays

We publish real delivery windows rather than optimistic ones. If a window changes on our side, we tell you first and you can cancel for a full refund.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund of the item price.
